Speaker – Strategist – Consultant – Coach

Since founding Performance Dynamics Group LLC in 2003, Mark has consulted with successful, closely held businesses and partnerships to help them take more proactive control of their destiny by sharpening focus, increasing accountability, and achieving more predictable and sustainable results. The role he assumes for his clients is a hybrid of catalyst, coach, and business advisor, and his work is fundamentally about developing changes in both thinking and behavior – individually and organizationally – that lead to “next level” outcomes.

Mark is a dynamic keynote speaker and has appeared on New Jersey and nationally-syndicated radio. He published an audio CD in 2004 on self-leadership and a 3-volume DVD series in 2005 highlighting three prerequisites for sustainable business results – creating a vision, achieving peak performance, and implementing change. His corporate clients include Pfizer, AIG, Discovery Networks, and Rheem Manufacturing Corporation.

Prior to founding Performance Dynamics, Mark’s professional experience included 15 years in a number of industries and management roles for both small and large firms. His senior management industry experience includes consulting for the banking and technology industries, executive search, event management, publishing, and marketing services.

Mark has extensive functional experience in management, marketing, sales, technology, and staffing. He possesses a wealth of knowledge as a direct result of resolving complex management issues in a wide range of environments, managing large and complex client relationships, attracting and retaining high-performing staff, developing quality services, and packaging services and alliances into marketable offerings.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. He is affiliated with internationally-recognized Resource Associates Corporation (RAC), a global network of over 600 independent management consulting and organizational development firms. Hi Mark. I found your LinkedIn profile while reviewing a Q&A regarding soft skills and performance. I clicked through your profile to your blog and landed here. My intent was to add your blog to my feed reader, but it doesn’t look like you’re set up with an RSS feed for posts. Did I miss it, or is that intentional? Or would you like some tips on getting it going (I’m a fairly new WordPress user, but happy to help if I can). I’d like to follow your posts, as they seem complimentary to my business.

      Hi Joe –

Thanks for your note and for the feedback regarding how you found me. The short answer to your question is – I have no idea! I’m going to forward your question to a WordPress expert who I know to see what I might need to do to enable an RSS feed option.

In the meantime, feel free to email me directly at mark.green@performance-dynamics.net.

      Talk soon,

      Mark.
